1. Scope
This policy applies to the iOS game Wilderness: Survival Simulator (the “Game”), previously named Wilderness: Survival Archive, and explains how privacy-related information is handled. The product name update does not change the Game’s data practices.
2. Data We Collect
The Game requires no account and contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDK. The developer does not collect, upload, sell, or share players’ personal data through the Game.
Progress, scores, settings, language preferences, and the Complete Wilderness Archive entitlement are stored locally on the device. The Game currently provides no developer-operated cloud save or account synchronization service.
3. In-App Purchase
Complete Wilderness Archive is a non-consumable in-app purchase processed by Apple. Apple handles payment and Apple Account information; the developer does not receive or store complete payment details.
The Game uses Apple StoreKit transaction status, such as whether a purchase succeeded or a product is owned, to deliver the entitlement and restore purchases. Apple’s handling of related information is governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.
4. Children and Third-Party Services
The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from children. It does not transmit player-created content to third parties, except for App Store communication required to complete and restore an in-app purchase.
5. Data Control
Because progress and settings are stored locally, deleting the Game will generally delete that local data. A non-consumable entitlement can be restored with the Apple Account used for the purchase, but restoring a purchase does not restore deleted game progress.
6. Changes and Contact
We will update this policy and its effective date if the Game’s features or data practices change. Questions may be sent to [email protected].
