- The A01 seven-day expedition is free.
- One non-consumable purchase unlocks the other 29 expeditions and every available 15- and 30-day horizon.
- The App Store displays the price for your storefront. Complete Wilderness Archive is not a subscription, and the Game contains no ads.
Purchase or restoration did not unlock
- Confirm the device uses the Apple Account that made the purchase.
- Stay online and tap Restore Purchases on the unlock screen or in Settings.
- Wait for the App Store result, then reopen the expedition.
- If it remains locked, restart the Game and try again or contact us by email.
Restoring purchases cannot charge you again. Apple handles purchases, refunds, and billing.
Progress and a new device
Progress, scores, and settings are currently stored on the device and are not synced through a developer server. They may not be recoverable after deleting the app, erasing the device, or moving to another device. The Complete Wilderness Archive entitlement can be restored using the original Apple Account.
Sound, display, or language issues
- Check system volume, silent mode, and in-game settings.
- Fully close and reopen the Game.
- Check the device’s preferred language in iOS Settings. Unsupported languages fall back to English.
- Confirm the device runs a version of iOS supported by the Game.
